Happy New Week, my Best Buddies:
Both Idiot Boxes are up today - no surprise since I had my birthday indulgence. Sometimes it takes four or five days to go back down!
Now, I am back to work with both nutrition and training plans until the next break - trainer will do analysis either July 1 or July 8. It is likely I will go with the early date so I can have my July 4 indulgence day without worry.
Yesterday, I used two 25 lb dumbbells held at shoulder height for quick squats - usually I do one 40 lb - so I did 50 lbs yesterday. Pyramid reps - eight sets.
Current Goals: May to July 4 *Idiot boxes consistently weigh 162.6 by July 4 *Bodyfat at 25% by July 4 (last reading 25.56%) *Macros average: 65%-70% fat, 23-26% protein, 8% or less carbs *NET carbs less than 20 grams daily *Lift heavier at gym – achieve new PR for weight or reps by July 4 *Continue HIIT during cardio work *Complete six-week abdominal challenge at the gym – lose at least one inch on waist *Wear the “red pants” comfortably by July 4th
Long Range Goals: 2016 *Bodyfat at 24% or less *Maintain Idiot Box around 153-158lbs staying under goal weight *Increased strength and flexibility

@FiveTwoCowboy - HaHa! Although I live in Minneapolis, I am not a Twins fan - Sorry Glen! I grew up in Boston and still am a die-hard Red Sox fan...so, FiveTwo not sure if you are cheering for Red or White Sox...Let's Go Red Sox!

Much respect for BoSox, but I'm a White Sox fan. Sweeping the Twins this week doesn't begin to make up for all the heartache Minnesota has given me over the years. Love baseball season. Luck to us all!

@FiveTwo - I assumed you meant White Sox - I have no issue with them...they are doing well! And what the heck is going on with the Cubs????? Incredible...must be because they have Joe Maddon now.

It's crazy! Chicago the center of the baseball universe. Both my boys are Cubs fans. I think the do it to spite me. Still a fun time here in the "second city". Joe Maddon and Theo are changing the North Side.
