Looks good - what do you use for seasoning on your salmon?

Today I used a jerk seasoning I also like to put a light layer of Dijon mustard sometimes then put the jerk on top of that

fritz mmmm a nice honey glaze on the salmon would be Great. my wife makes an Asian style marinade for it sometimes as well and there's agave in that and it's very good

Yeah, I hear ya. A lot of folks don't understand that it's just as difficult to gain the right weight as it is to lose the bad. When I bulk I have to eat 8 meals a day and bring in 4k cals. You eventually start to hate food.

kelsey54321 that's 9.2 oz cooked salmon and 3/4 cup.uncooked rice about 450 for each of those things its was a very big plate food.
