My 1000th post 😱 almost 2.5 years later on fat secret and I'm still here. What I've learned is sometimes your winning, most of the time your struggling to hold it all together and there are plenty of days were things fall completely apart(had too many of these to count lately). Thankfully one day doesn't define this never ending journey that we are on. It's not a race, the path is not linear, and there is no finish line...ever.... keep chugging along no one is going to put in the work for you but we will be here cheering for you along the way. If losing weight or getting fit are important to you than you can make the time to achieve your goals. It might not be easy but you dont need a fancy gym to get a good workout and you dont need to do exercises that you hate to do. There is no one size fits all diet, carbs are not the devil and at the end of the day every diet works the same way calories in calories out. You must be in a deficit to lose weight no ifs ands or buts about it. Prepping food for the week takes some time up front but saves you time the rest of the week and can set you up for success. Try not to compare yourself to others that doesn't get you anywhere. Know that almost all fitness related social media is a lie between the lighting, the pumps, the drugs etc dont get caught up in chasing an unattainable goal. Find your why and get up everyday and try to do whatever you can to get there and if you fail that day get up the next day and try again. Anyway heres were I'm at on my journey now from obese to beast lol no pump no downlighting no drugs just super exhausted and trying to hold it all together.

In survival mode trying to keep my head above water and get as much rest in as I can. Really burnt out but got a few workouts in the past few days but I'm running on fumes with lots of trips to panera for iced coffee. Just trying to make it to make it to Sunday at this point .. dinner was eggs over a bed of butternut squash and bell peppers with hot sauce and everything bagel seasoning on top.
