Happy 😃 happy 😃 Tuesday….

The days fly by…or is it..I’m moving more…and am more tired after lunch….after lunch…I’m usually at 4. Something…close to that 5 miles…close enough…I done care…lol…that’s usually sit down time….or nap time…or ipad time…my time…..

Was looking at weather yesterday….next Saturday night…37….brrrr….might have to close my windows…lol…gonna hate tgat…my mind is trying to come up with a solution….

2nd ☕️…listening to the human upgrade podcast…giving my mind some new info .while I wake up rest of the way….watching the sun ride…as the cool air enters the room…56 this morning…it’s cool…but warm to what’s ahead….

Time is passing quicker today..slept till 530am….got to hear the alarm go off….cold shower again last night…my early thoughts….good for inflammation….good to relax…I take mine 2 hours before bed….my wind down timeless ipad time as well…tv is never on…

Well…enough today…
