I seem to be doing okay on my eating so far. At least for the last 3 or 4 days. Haven't had coffee for 2 days, switching back to hot chocolate for my morning drink. Trying to get back to where I was when I was losing weight regularly. It probably would be easier if I liked to cook. But I don't. I bought chicken parmesan mozzarella ready to put in the oven from the little grocery store in my meighborhood. I'd never had it before. It is really good and I entered the nutritional information and weighed my portion. Enough for 3 servings. I had oatmeal for dinner yesterday, or at least for my last meal of the day around 2 or 3pm. It is so filling I didn't get hungry at all last night. I am beginning to like it as long as I slice up a banana in it and add 2 tablespoons of chopped walnuts. It is better if I make it the night before.

Took more stuff to the thrift store yesterday. One thrift store wasn't accepting any items, said they were just too full. My goal every day is to either throw something away, put something in a box that will go to the thrift store or pack a few things. I have some coffee mugs to pack and I was wondering if I really need 25 mugs. I already donated some to the thrift store, but I like most of them. I buy them when I go on vacation. I've got about 12 to pack for now and will wait on 4 or 5 that I'll be using until ready to move.

I have most pieces of 2 different dish sets, plus some odd pieces I've bought at thrift stores. I very rarely use a,dinner plate, I always eat from the salad or bread plate. Not sure how much I will take with me. I love the chicken parmesan and it's nice to be able to pick up food I just have to put in the oven. .

I went back and read your posts I had missed, this sounds exciting. It took me a while to adjust after I sold my house, but now I feel like I really don't even need the 1000 sq ft I'm living in.
