Happy 😃 happy 😃…gonna be another indoor day Friday…

Already at 6.00as..80… feels like 85…. Glad to be inside…no air in stairwells..always feels good to open door to get outta them….like a breathe of fresh air…

No weigh in today…actually got 97% sleep last night…alarm on phone woke me up at 5am,,by 530..was dressed and headed for my first mile…gotta say yesterday when I only had 600 steps to hit 10,000….they was the longest steps…I got them..just walking around in room doing chores and not caring by that time…

Last of July is gonna be a hot one..got blinds up..windows closed…air in between cycles…I miss my morning window open time…

Weigh in for monthly here…looking like I won’t have any loss to show…first time in like since I started living here…but looking at bigger picture…I’m healthier then when I first came…be 2 years sept 3…. Seems longer…lol…all the staff see the strides I’ve made over the months…only about 5-8 residents walk outside of building…and although I don’t walk outside I’m in that group…out of that group…only 2 of us are long walkers…

Well…air kicked on….☕️ is gone…bout time to work on second mile…try and get 4 miles before lunch and before stair wells get any hotter…
