When I took my shoes off yesterday…my feet were smokin….😃

Happy 😃 rainy Saturday…

Hopefully the rain will bring cooler air…still under a hear advisory till tonight…

Yesterday my strategy was to get 4-5 miles by lunch time…which I did…and by 2pm…it was anything over 7 miles…most steps I’ve had in a long time…got my first mile in already…not sure if it will ne another 7 mile day..gotta say my upper legs are alittle sore from stair climbing…each lap is up or Down the stairs…2 laps = 3/4 mile…my mind is to tired to figure how many stairs I went up an down yesterday…several….lol

I looked back thru my fitbit at the step count for the month…I was shocked to see most days over 5 miles…here I thought I was just doing 2-3…. Lol….I kno I slept great last night…even though the air was cold in room…head under cover as I was to tired to get up to turn it down….

All that moving..weight is creating up…o well….you eat..weight goes up…

I have 2 -20 plz bottles I keep cold water in….yesterday…I had to stick them in freezer to chill them fast enough…was going thru water that fast…they don’t cool the stairwells…so being in stairwells between hallways was a change in temp…once you opened door to hallway..it was like ahhhh….feels good….

My coffee ☕️ was gone about half a bottle of water ago…and time is passing..trying to stick to 3/4 mile every hour or so..that worked out good yesterday…plenty of time to take breaks and get other stuff done…

Have a fantastic positive day….hydrate….

That's awesome Mike, lotta steps there! They should count double when you are climbing the stairs...and think a lot of folks pay big money to go sit in a sauna, you have the stairwells to do it in for free....good job!
