Crispy 50 this morning…

Happy 😃 happy 😃 Saturday morning…

I went yesterday for a morning walk..in sweat pants..insulated long sleeve shirt…it was windy as well…decided today…no outside walking till it hits 60 or so..I hurt yesterday afternoon…my body is more sensitive to the coldness…so the plan today…walk inside..get 2 miles….then about 1 or so…get some pedal time…depending on how I feel…..the weeekend is here..longer fasting…somewhere between 5-7 days….end of the month…weigh in time….

First 24 hour hits at 7am…it’s 545 am now…glad I decided to pass on the outside walk…cold just thinking about it…lol…I enjoy walking up to a certain temp…I need to get back to using my wahoo kickr trainer…easier workout on me…but I enjoy walking…

Everyday I try and learn something new…however..I can only share it with the nurses or cnas…here…the residents don’t care….and I look at it both ways…it’s their choice….

Well…lol….no coffee yet…need to get up and move thru the hallways…get this body moving…then come back and enjoy that cup of ☕️….
