Another cool 50 ….

Happy 😃 happy 😃 Sunday….

534am…another 1.5…. And 48 hours will be going by…started after friday breakfast….this fast ..not hungry…passing a lot of water…yes I’m taking electrolytes….

Enjoyed the ride..wish between my legs could say that..but have a padded chamois bib I plan to use today to get my ride in…for me it’s just a workout..not about how fast I’m riding…and I did elevation yesterday…so kept changing gears for intensity

Just had a thought…good thing I no longer buy food at walmart…lol…I’d be seeing food prices drop…lol…

Kinda cool in here this morning…might have to get dressed and do a morning walk inside to warm up….before coffee ☕️ time….get this started out right…lol..
