Happy 😃 cool Friday morning….

One thing about whoop…so many different measurements…on the body..happened to find this one yesterday…when I was taking time off…took elevator with only 1.5 mile walking…knees feel better this morning…just checked the temps…lol…48….no big rush to go walking…lol

Might be a put on sweats this morning…then come back put shorts on…but do plan to walk this morning before breakfast….

Need to get to moving…

Have a fantastic positive day….

Then coffee ☕️ time…lol
