Another long day at work. I get 5 files off my desk and 10 more appear. DH calls it job security.

So tonight I'll be eating off schedule - but that is no reason to over eat. I can do this.

Yes, you will be fine on your eating plan!!! However, on the "paperwork"...my best guess is that someday U.S.A. just "drowns" in paperwork (in spite of the fact MOST of it is on computers...)...not sure whether to LOL or not..:)

Yes, you can! I know it is so easy to wander off track, but you can stick to your plan. Don't work too hard. :)

Plan to stay with your plan - or eat many small amounts throughout the day at your desk so you do not get too hungry

Buffy, hang in there and with all of the files remember at the end of the day you don't have to stay to get them off your desk because they will get just as far the next day:)
