15 april

All going according to plan.
Tomorrow i need all my selfcontrole to eat just 1300 kcal but the reward is that i dont have to exercise at all...

I look in the mirror and i start to see some very positive changes, i dont care what the scale thinks about that, the new regime does give me a different shape. On the other hand i have to admit that it is very freaking hard and i am dead tired. But i am also proud and energized (weird combo)

This guy at the gym stood on the treadmill next to mine and started to tell me how to adjust the settings so that i would lose weight faster/better... i thought the guy was very forwarding to tell me what to do, but i simply smiled at him and answered: you really think i should lose weight sir? seriously? have you looked at me? the guy started to reply seriously that he thought i was still overweight but he was overruled by the laughter of the other people in the gym.

If i not lose another kilo for the rest of my life i will be happy, but i could lose other peoples opinions!

have an active life, and no excuses!
You have 650 muscles so there are always enough muscles left to train!

love maud.

I laughed when you said you asked if he was serious. That's perfect. Butt in? Butt out! What's the real answer to weightloss? I think Dairyfarmerswife has the right answer. Bacon. Do we really care what the question is?

omg! I can't believe the guy said that, maud. He must have been thinking that about himself and transferred it to you. You are an athlete, so your muscles are not like his. Forget the guy. Think of your own happiness and do your own thing.

That guy has kept me out of gyms most of my life. Maybe he was hitting on you! LOL You go, girl!

Hang in there - you're doing great - most important is living healthy and how you feel about yourself. Disregard other busybodies (that's why I go to the gym at 0500 each morning - only two people there then, and no one wants to talk).

Wow-as if your body were any of his concern and his opinion of it any of yours.
