Oh, the Hypocrisy! Right after telling a buddy to stay on track yesterday I succumb to a pizza party. OK, Northernmusician, now it is your turn.
And to those kind souls who would tell me that it is OK, I am human, etc. NO, IT IS NOT OK! This is how I got myself into this predicament in the first place!
Having gotten that out of my system, I will now move on to positive thoughts and actions.
