Hi Dreamcatcher.
I totally understand the off the wagon. This worked great for me..... I looked up no excuses and clicked the photos tab. Read several. I even put some pictures on my tablet that I use every day so I have to see it. So far my favorite is "EXCUSES ARE FOR PEOPLE WHO DON'T WANT IT BAD ENOUGH!"
I have lost 5 pounds so far since Saturday because I want it and I read that quote several times every day because I have to, it's on the background where I have to see it.
You want to and we are all here to support you.
