Wake up sleeping Beauty that is how I'm feeling
yes with 2 months sick
I'm coming out of my deep sleep
to a good world feeling so so Much better/
Just little bit more to get to being me I'm almost there
I see now I was really sick and out of it
and cranker then a bear that got stung by a bee while sleeping yep that be me
wont be able to take a nap and I dont feel horrible about it ,, thats a new be ,, and knowing therapy will disrupt that patter yes so God is kicking me out of my normal not so good routine ,, there definitely will be a whole lot more moving and I know thats a good thing
been eater a bit better and caring a whole lot more that feels awesome <3 not wanting to care is such a sad thing

did over an hour worth of walking MY Back My knee yowza
felt good about it
going to physical therapy my left knee
I dont often buy pizza and I say an add for dominos 1/2 off deal sooooooooooooo I did ,, O M G Calories Lord help me not have one more piece
Please say prayers for ,,, a father took his life and 2 kids his 2 years old and a 4 year old boy and girl ,, about 2 miles from our apt ,, he did a standoff with the police then did what he did LORD HAVE Mercy them poor
babies , the dad who took the kids life and his own worked for my ex son in law ,, manager they said he had just been told he had a brain tumor , and his wife separated were fighting for the kids ,, MY Lord the kids and there Mom Im praying for there family ,, so so sad and way to close for comfort been on my mind a lot today happened yesterday
Thanks Lord for Helping my mind and me feeling positive I do realize now being sick for 2 months did not add to my thinking right ,, I have 3 scriptures then I'm reading over and over which is helping me I know

had a little talk with Jesus ,,,,, thinking of that song as I say it but its true had a good day in the Lord yesterday
and I sure could see the evidence in my day
got so much done ,, need to do a whole lot more today as I go back to work tomorrow been a good break after fighting the awful weather here in Springfield MO
any who I think & I pray the cold weather is over with ya never know though here .
made me a poster a small one that I can put into my Purse
and on back of that post
