I won"t be doing a workout today. Had a really rough night with my Mom and I was up about every 45 mins to an hour last night. May have gotten 3 hours of total sleep. I'm exhausted. I'll just really watch my calorie intake.

Sometimes the most important thing we can do for ourselves is to simply "re-charge our bodies" so that we are able to avoid sickness and be ready for the next opportunity to exercise. I will pray for today to be better for BOTH of you !!!!
