Finally got my paycheck yesterday. Got a little nervous with it coming so close. I had expected a direct deposit but found out early last week there had been a glitch so I'd get a live check in the mail. Got the paycheck and reimbursement check both so deposited that this am and feel MUCH better lol. Next week should be good to go for direct deposit and a full 2 weeks check so that makes things easier as I'm directing the monies. :)

Got a bit of a drop today (yay). Visited the grand last night, just as they were sitting down to dinner of Steak N Shake burgers, shakes, fries lol. I refrained from the French fry she (at almost 2) offered me. I did not need to start a craving pattern! Not a huge deal but not willing to give back what I've won for a fry.

I found it interesting yesterday that after going most of the week with black coffee last week, my coffee yesterday tasted a bit too sweet. Experimenting with 1/2 a packet of stevia instead of a full and it seems to work. Also helps the budget haha.

I challenged a "brother" to a weight challenge today. He's looking to lose 50 by November and I'm looking to lose 55 by July. He needs to lose 5 lbs a month, mine is 8. Whoever loses their amount the most months between now and July gets bragging rights and has to buy lunch. Whoever exceeds their monthly goals the most in that time is KING OF THE MOUNTAIN and gets (LOUD) bragging rights in front of dad lol. Should be interesting. He's a big guy, LOVES to eat LOTS of food (and knows it) but works out 3x a week HARD with my dad where I don't really work out at this point (hangs head). He's also very competitive. Can't weight (get it) to see how this works out.

He added on consequences! If he wins I get a spank (my choice of who does it lol) for every lb he loses more than me. I added if I win, he has to walk a half mile with my Dad for every lb I lose more than him. I SOOO want to win this big and make him go on a huge HIKE :D
