I injured my knee at work, torn meniscus. I had to do some therapy for about 6 weeks. I was given bands to strengthen the muscles in that knee. Surgery in in my future for sure. Hope your feeling better.

Greeneye's007 , I can understand knee injuries. It's no fun to exercise when you are in that kind of pain. Have you thought about working your upper body, until your knee isn't swelling? What about doing floor exercising? Truly, J.J.

Be sure to check with your Dr. Knee issues are never to be taken lightly.
I've had my share of knee issues and it's easy to dismiss it and think it'll work itself out in a few days, when in fact it could make it worse.
Hope it'll get better soon and keep up the good work :-)

Have you seen your doctor recently? If so pilate exercises may work for you. Example crutches, stretching, lifting arm weights. If you have access to a pool you could walk laps. I used my rowing machine for my arms only. Also lifting weights while seated works. Avoid any weight on your knees until you get an approval from your doctor.
