For some reason I can't upload any of the pictures from my trip to the coast. But I've got lots of pictures from previous trips - the scenery doesn't change. I'm trying to get back on track with my eating. The trip was tough in that regard. The motels no longer do the free continental breakfasts. I used to get some juice and toast either an English muffin or half a bagel and get a small bear claw. Not the best but at least that's ALL I had. For the trip I brought a 4 pack of huge blueberry muffins and a package of mini chocolate doughnuts. I finished all of it before I left for home. I also brought a box of Cheez-its which I also finished. I didn't finish the pineapple spears I brought. I love pineapple but can only eat so much. Hopefully March will be a better month. So far my goal of losing 5 pounds a month is not happening. Picture of Mendocino village taken from the trails along the bluffs. I love Mendocino.
