I haven't been sleeping well...hence the memes regarding sleep 🥱😴

Kinda surprising to me that sleep actually effects CHEMICAL levels that effect my HUNGER! Now...just gotta get back into a sleep routine so those dang chemicals get back into balance...PRONTO! lol

Try avoiding all screens about an hour before you want to fall asleep. It helps me.

Warm shower 1/2 hour b4 bed, cold body temp makes you sleep so by warming up than dropping down it stimulates hypothalamus to signal body -good night two eyes, stop wiggling toes, time to shut down. In the middle of the night awakening I go take a 10 minute walk with no coat, again cool off. No neighbors yet have caught me in my red flannel tee hee.

I've heard some say they take melatonin and drink a cup of sleepy time tea before they go to bed and it helps them sleep longer, maybe I need to try that myself because I'm only getting 5-6 hrs a night, thanks for the info Crystaljo, I hope you can get good rest too.

erikahollister...it's usually not a problem for me, but my hubby is watching the Australian Open (which is played during our weeee hours of the morning...so our usual routine is kinda upside down 😉🎾

I had a little more sleep but I still don't sleep straight through the night, maybe I will try the melatonin and see if it works.
