Happy 😃 happy 😃 happy 😃 monday….

No workout yet…errands today…plan to ride later…

Made a knock off milk shake yesterday…put small amount of almond milk in glass…added yogurt…mixed….added protein….mixed again….i, so impressed with it…no longer looking to dq for my shakes…and a lot healthier….

Today is walmart Monday…then guess I’ll get a new iPhone…hate to spend the money..but it’s been 7 years on the Samsung…and as I’ve said the app I use on my iPad can help me read things I haven’t been able to read in 3 years….should help a lot…time will tell…

Off to eat breakfast….and then time to get this day started….
