cyd69's Journal, 21 May 14

Well I am back and I have gained 4.4. I have blown off logging food for almost a week and it shows. So I am back to logging everything and get my weight going in the right direction. I have been going to Curve's but I haven't been getting in my goal steps especially this week so I am hoping in getting it back on track. I am way off my weight goal so now I need to buckle down and get motivated. I am not going to beat myself up cause I know better and I relaxed my goals way too much and I see what happens.

Well got back from Curve's where I kicked my own butt. Morgan the manager there asked what I was doing and I told her I was kicking my own butt since I was pissed off at myself for gaining 4.4 lbs. She was trying to be nice and be easy on me and I told her it was nobody's fault but mine since I relaxed in logging what I eat and how much since I haven't been weighing my food. She says that I am really hard on myself but I know that I have to be especially since I am the only one who can keep me accountable.

No point in beating yourself up, just start logging again faithfully and go from here. I'm finding logging my food and activity is one of the keys to success.
