I do good when it come to eatin in the daytime but at nite wish I can say the same but I eat like a PIG at nite I know it's the munchies Also this week I went to the gym every other day & worked out before & after work

Something need to giv cause the wedding is gettin close & I need to be able to fit my dress

Guess that mean I need to crack down on myself stop bullshitting & get back to business REAL TALK

try drinking water whenever you get a craving for night time munchies...or perhaps air pop pop corn plain from a popcorn maker (if you have one). You could also have veggies available for night time snacking? You can do it!
