You cannot believe the weather outside... i am wearing nothing but a beach-dress and still i'm hot! (and i look hot in it too, thank you kris, happy and drag, for noticing my weight-loss this morning on my new scale!)

Today i did zumba for the very first time. I liked it, but alas, the two times in the week that zumba is given at our club, are very bad times for me, first is "putting son to bed"-time, second is "work"-time, and i don't want to sacrifice either... so zumba must be on youtube at home i guess (*lol*) zumba should be done naked anyways so better at home...

ever since i started to increase work-out time i noticed i get hardly any work done, which is REAL BAD, since i have my own company, i should really work, cus sitting still does not pay the bills. Lucky for me, there was not a lot to do for me these months, but i need to pick the pace back up.

You give me a beautiful minds eye picture of you wearing NOTHING but a beach dress....oh boy what a sight that must be. (any photographs available) The main thing is you sound happy and that is important to me keep the weight loss going Maud you deserve it.

I have never tried Zumba, but I never did much in the aerobics when I was going to the gym three days a week either. I couldn't keep up and I would rather do them at home alone and then I don't have to keep up with anyone but me. I do a bit of YouTube Yoga now and then but right now, I am working hard at getting my Stretching and Toning exercises in daily so I haven't been doing the Yoga either. Can't do it all, so I just pick and choose and as long as I am moving, I am ahead of the game,
