The extra workouts have been paying off..this is the biggest weekly loss I've had in a long while! I have now lost 60(!!!)lbs since the end of July and I am 4lbs away from One-derland....it's so close, I think in 2 weeks, I'll be there. Can't wait.

I know have ONLY 38lbs to go til my final, big goal!!!!!!!!!!!!! That is soooo exciting...having 30-something to lose instead of almost 100 to lose.

What a feeling!

When I started out, with a 98lb goal, it seemed so overwhelming...38lbs seems totally do-able after losing that 60! LOL

Lots of little milestones lately for me Bella, and that helps. I'm almost to One-derland. At 204, I only had 39lbs to go. When I hit 197, I will have lost 25.1% of my total body weight!!! And while we're at it, at 190, I will only have 25lbs to go!!!!!!!!!!

I have lost 22.81% as of yesterday's weigh in, and my BMI has gone from 42.4 to 32.8.

Exciting, isn't it. We'll happy dance for you when you hit one-derland. It's exciting. Then when you get close to your goal. It's cool. Keep up the good work.
