Exactly the same weight as this morning after only 300 calories pre-dinner and about a 300 calorie (est.) weightlifting workout. Ended up at 1422 calories for the day with tons of protein after my workout. Maybe we can break this logjam at the morning weigh in.

Bill Im guessing this isn't your first plateau, Im sure it will start nudging downwards soon, has to with the fantastic effort you are putting in, we all know the body is fantastic at adapting and it hates letting go of all those stored fat cells. nothing surer in my mind you will break through.
