Up to 215.4 today despite a good eating and working out day yesterday. Plus, I was up three times last night so I thought for sure my 'whoosh' had come. Just going to continue on today. Protein rich breakfast and lunch coming at noon and 4, then we will hope for good news at the pre-dinner weigh in.

Sometimes it just takes a bit of fun and relaxation to get the adrenalin going ... have fun and hope tomorrow brings the "whoosh".
