Happy happy Wednesday...

Was a struggle to do a ride today....kept telling myself once you get on bike...your desire to ride will kick in...that desire must of took the day off...because it never showed up....I should of took day off...but I didn’t...I pushed for more elevation today then yesterday....but less miles for sure....different course in London....

I got 8 hours of sleep last night....even woke up at 4 am...but after coming into recliner the body and that little voice was on same page...lol...they liked the feel of the recliner....too bad....I made em move alittle this morning....

Need to clean trainer today...keep up and moving burn the fat...loosin weight.....like a job....day in...day out....

Zwift didn’t save my ride...glad I took a picture to load it manually...but not all the stats....bummer...

So dark outside....30 min suns up...7am...time to get off here...things to do....

Positive energy to all....have a fantastic day.....ride on.....

An app like Zwift may get me motivated to use mine. Better than peddaling to nowhere!

Ty shrew...less days of not wanting to do it...but..when i need to take a day off...i feel guilty that day..thats why i push it on days like today..

Hey fiber...it does make riding more fun...wether you are someone thats able to ride outside when weather permits...or just some that peddles for exercise..sure eay of always being anle to get a workout...

Maybe you need to rest more and eat foods that fuel your rides. Sometimes my legs feel like cement blocks on the bike if I cut my carbs too much.

Ty gig..i normally ride at end of a 16-17 hour fast...im picking up my riding again after a 4-5 month vacation from riding...so having to build my legs and endurance back up...

I tell myself any activity you do matters to a happier, healthier you. At least you did do the exercise and didn't just sit around.

I agree rn....if your not moving enough to burn what you eat...you need to rethink things
