Happy happy Thursday...

Motivational speaker that is both funny....and inspiring...keeps you from falling asleep as you listen...

Only 6.5 hours of sleep...but rode 4 miles today...at night before I go to bed...I kno I’m gonna ride...so I set my intentions on my morning ride...most days it works...but way I look at it....I like that feeling after the ride...the endorphin rush plus the feeling of accomplishment...

Almost 6am...and I’m rockin...what a fantastic feeling...

December....and 60s yesterday....but I’m glad..my kind of winter weather in Illinois...this time of year...

Well....time to change and thinking I might weigh in for a change...seen the scale came down...not that it matters anymore...just a number...I go by how I feel...and how the clothes fit...

Spread the positive energy...have a fantastic day...
