HAPPY NEW YEAR!

I believe what we do on the first day of the New Year manifests the rest of our year! So, I went to Orange Theory and did a sweaty workout, and then went to the grocery to buy lean proteins and veggies.

Feeling awesome right now!

Happy New Year hon - I've always heard that too - so today I'm being healthy, nurturing and forgiving. I played in my backyard and will soon work on a decoration project for my home.

Great start - I also stalked up on fresh veggies and fruit. Also bought a set of kettle balls as I am finding that as I get older (and lose weight) I think I am losing muscle as well.
