Woke at 233.5, up 1.1 from yesterday. Started with black coffee. No workout (slept in). UPDATE: Absolutely slammed at work today and did not eat anything but a Quest bar for lunch. Got the new fence installed and looking pretty good. Weighed 232.7 at 5 pm. Doing steaks tonight.
