I had to give up on cottage cheese. Cannot control the amounts. But I will try again in a few weeks. Love that snack!!!!

Liv, I don’t buy it because it goes bad so quickly. But I love the fat free one with berries - fills me up well. I actually prefer it over yogurt.

I love cottage cheese too and have trouble stopping. Beware the brands that have carageenan.
