Improved body functions today after mag citrate and red wine last night. Weighed 234.2 at 1 pm. Down 2.1 from yesterday. Going to eat light again today to make up for the calories in yesterday’s red wine. UPDATE: Didn't do a damned thing all day but lay around. Weighed 234.6 before dinner, which was burgers and slaw.
