Wow! Love the tiny waist and hips! Hips and thighs are the last place I lose. It's great that you are doing so well in spite of having to stay out of the gym. I haven't been around FS much - I've been gaining an average of 1+ pounds a week. But a couple times a week I scroll through to see what is going on. You are doing great and are an inspiration!

I actually second Chris’ lunges suggestion. I hate them, but I decided to do 3 sets of them today and it killed my glutes better than the squats I’ve been doing! Already feeling tomorrow’s soreness. 😵

Lunges suck cause of balance issues. I do split squats while keeping most if not all of my weight in the lead foot while holding dumbbells.

No Chris, I mean just positioning your legs into a lunge position and lowering yourself and then rising. The hard part of a lunge is having to reset every time, in a split squat, you're locked into one position.

If you feel split squats more in the quads then you're not going deep enough(use a wider stance) and aren't pushing off your heel. I get a good glute stretch/burn.

You’re killing it DP 🔥🔥🔥 Lunges though??? They just gotta get done. Weights, no weights, banded, forward, reverse, “lunge squat lunge”, split leg... Glutes, quads, core ✅ when you lunge. I can not stand lunges... I met ”Muscle Mike” once during covid and this fool had me do jump lunges. Uuumm, he musta forgot who I was 😂😂😂🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️
