Feeding the birds and squirrels distracts me so much I sometimes forget to eat. Difficult to get a good picture of these house finches with my phone camera and too lazy to go dig out my "real" camera. I love their colors and their songs.

Oh how I wish I had a hobby that distracted me from eating. LOL. Hope your day is fabulous! Bet it's warmer in Houston than here in Illinois. Cold but at least sunny!

Today is 69° and blustery, a nice day to sit on my balcony. I'm doing much better about staying within my RDI since I've been feeding the birds and sitting on my balcony. Though I did just finish binge-watching "Ozark" which is not my usual genre, but it sucked me in. LOL! Definitely not the kind of show that made me want to eat while watching. 😱

Yes jc, male house finches have a red head and breast, very pretty. They come to eat in flocks, so cute!

I am amazed at how you just keep slowly losing weight. So impressive! And this week you broke another barrior...got below 230. Congratulations! Celebrate...but not with food!!LOL!
