Ty ginsin, shir, maplelady! @moe, i basically made it up. You can see what i did in my previous post. I asked fs a few days ago how to cook tofu, and got a lot of good suggestions, if you are interested. @sda, ty, now that i am back to fasting more seriously, i will look into that. Just fyi, the wontons were made in my sandwich press or steamed. i brushed on about 2 tsp oil for all. Not as good as deep fried, but easier on calories. I am too lazy to put in all the ingredients so i guesstimate and pick similar items from the fs database in my journal. So i assume it is overestimating the calories and fat. But ty, i will check into it.
