Woke at 233.2, down 2.2 from yesterday. Not bad after a large BBQ dinner last night and then a stop at Sonic for an ice cream treat. Running day and night all week and I needed the 12 hours of sleep I got, too. UPDATE: Did not do OMAD today. Had protein coffee to start and then did some pork rinds at lunchtime. Still, weighed 232.4 before dinner. Denise made a great Italian dish as seen elsewhere. I added a salad with Bolthouse dressing and added a Carb Killa protein bar. It was good for a treat.
