I tried a low carb pizza dough recipe. It only has a few ingredients: almond flour, coconut oil, eggs and sea salt. I topped it with sausage and mushrooms. Verdict: Tastes like dirt.
So I did some more research and I see everyone raves about Fathead pizza dough. So, I will try that one next but leave this one alone!.
