All:

I tried a low carb pizza dough recipe. It only has a few ingredients: almond flour, coconut oil, eggs and sea salt. I topped it with sausage and mushrooms.
Verdict: Tastes like dirt.

So I did some more research and I see everyone raves about Fathead pizza dough. So, I will try that one next but leave this one alone!.

The only downside to trying new recipes: occasionally you get one that just doesn't fit your fancy. The upside: most of the time you try new flavors and expand your horizons. Keep playing with your cooking and be creative. Good for you for breaking out of your comfort zone. :0)

Moopie, yes I will try it next when I get the urge for pizza again which might be a long time LOL

I love fathead dough as well. I use the recipe from diet doctor but may add a bit flavour into the dough. Good luck with your next try
