Ask yourself, "What will it take to make me successful in reaching my goals?" If you cannot honestly answer this it will never happen until you can. Conversely, if you have answered, and success is still allusive your answer wasn't honest. The power of success or failure lies within you. Swing for the fences.

Yup. Set your goal and take a step toward it. Any step, no matter how small or poorly executed is better than doing nothing (and typically ruminating in a pity-party). Thanks for the post!

I SO AGREE with this. I have 4 daily goals, and my goal is to reach at least 3 of them every day. (Walk my dog or take her to the park, bike, stretching, and calorie count). The weather has made doing all 4 difficult. Even doing one goal a day makes a difference. The more you reach your goals, the more you want to do them. Sitting around isn't as tempting anymore. :)
