Happy happy Friday....where does the days go....

Just got off road bike...and a zwift ride..was in the mood when I started..but by the time I was almost at the end of the hour...I was outta the mood...short for me ride today..but more then I had planned on in elevation..here is the link.

Another busy morning ...drop off stuff at local clothes closet...pick stuff up..short stop at grocery store..was thinking another stop..but who knows..by that time...it will be close to noon and salad time...

56 this morning when I crawled outta a nice warm bed...didn’t even want to get up..but needed to p again...and I knew if I didn’t get my zwift ride/workout...I’d be mad at myself for not doing it...I just always have a better day after a morning workout....just seems to make for a better day...

Welp...gonna go and feed my face...tummy is growling

I’m gonna do another longer fast Saturday noon till Monday morning....like a 36 hr or so...Since Sunday is usually my off day...to rest up for the following week...

I think fasting before the blood work is what made a difference on the reading..as the first blood work wasnt done on a fast....as i was given the blood test not knowing they was gonna do it...
