Lunch today: Butternut Squash soup, and old Weight Watcher's "Blueberry Danish"-cottage cheese on toast with sugar-free blueberry jam sprinkled with cinnamon! I have also stopped buying the single serve applesauce, and I am making my own using re-usable containers. This week I had 32,864 steps! That's almost 5000 per day, which is very good for me!
