Worked 6.5 hours yesterday, 6 hours on my feet, walking or working at the till. At age 65, it's tough! But I do try to walk at work as much as I can, so I am usually the one returning items to their rightful spots throughout my shift. Yesterday I did 7,931 steps, which is great! It's nice getting back into exercise, even though I still hate walking in general. I was too long without when I was recovering from various injuries and illnesses this past year. I did make a lovely "Skinny Crockpot Chicken Chili" for dinner, per cup is 300 cal, 6.5g total fat, 37.6 carbs, 9.1g fiber, 5.3g sugar, and 31.9g protein. I found the recipe on Pinterest. It was delicious! I served it on rice.
