I'm under 150! First time in about 20 years and my goal before leaving on Monday for our annual trip to visit family in Canada!
67.6 kg Lost so far: 19.1 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

This may seem silly but when I travel I set a few alarms in my calendar with things like "good day! Lets have a healthy meal today" and "we are working hard on goal of getting trim so keep it up!" It helps me when I see them pop up to remember that getting to a goal and eating well doesn't take a vacation
