The feeling of Lack is key for me. However the old habits of the body and my mind set have been winning. I asked for assistance in figuring it out. It's true once you put light on an issue your ego does not want to let go/it will fight you make you believe its actually you. I believe an answer has come for me. Don't fight the resistance, like I talked about in another post. The other Key is make Peace with it embrace it /fill it with love/ say "change" take its hand ask it to come along on a new journey. Thank it for protecting you in the pass. Remember to embrace/love and evaluative the feeling of love for it /grateful has it has helped you in the pass/it's time to move on from that feelings of lack. It will come to the light of change with you.
