I get this bloated when I drink alcohol too. Reason number one to not drink.

Keilin_4 — Have you seen a doctor about this? If not make an appointment to see him and take these pictures with you. Off the top of my head I know of at least 3 things that could cause this and they all require a little medical work up. Without knowing a little more about your history and the history of this issue I wouldn’t want to get into speculating. Please see your primary doctor or if you can go to anyone, see a Gastroenterologist.. I know this is very uncomfortable, but I would be really interested to know if walking helps at all.

I don’t know what else to say other than that’s a gross( medical terminology) change from morning to night and with everything the thighs don’t make sense and I have found totally logical reasoning for the belly but not for the thighs and skin tone and it’s still a stretch with that belly bloat. Maybe an ER trip because I cannot wrap my head around this at all. When you have a tiny belly and go beyond bloat in a few hours that’s a medical emergency.

What did you eat today? Do you know if you react to any FODMAPs or are you lactose intolerant? I get bloated during the day from food reactions, but not quite like that. If you think it's food, try some Gas-x afterward or eat Beano with everything if this is a common occurrence.

Go to an emergency room. This is not normal bloating.

I don’t believe this swelling has anything to do with your diet per sae. I dont know how often this is happening but should it reoccur this weekend a trip to the ER for an Abdominal X-ray or ct scan would not be out of line. I’m concerned with an issue of bowel blockage, liver blockage and/ or kidney issue..

Just couldn’t let this go without adding even if this resolves itself there might be some underlying issue /problem that should be addressed by a MD due to such a dramatic change in your body - again please seek medical advice

Omg Keilin I can only imagine how much that hurts! That happened to me sometimes but not that bad! It’s from something you ate, I would think. Are you feeling better now??

K- ditto on what irish dancer said. Go see a doctor and also ask for a celiac disease test. You consume a high amount of carbs and that might be the trigger and related to other health and not feeling well posts you have made in the past. Hope you figure this out soon.....
