Tuesday: My Fit Bit stats for last week state that have walked on the average of 9,338 steps a day. That's great! I just wish my weight would drop faster! Oh well. Lunch with a friend today, so higher calorie lunch, with my salad for work dinner. Should be a lot of walking tonight, so total calories higher.
One thing I have noticed, however, is that my "pooch" is starting to go away! I thought I would have it forever!
