Woke at 232.2, up 2.2 after a late dinner and a bottle of wine while working until midnight. Fasting until breakfast Tuesday so a lot of this should go away by tomorrow. UPDATE: Got home at around 7 pm and weighed 230.8. Have an all-day conference tomorrow where I get to speak on a panel (DevOps Summit). I think there will be breakfast, lunch, and some drinks afterward. As an alternate eating day, I will enjoy it! UPDATE: Sitting here freezing, which I always do when I fast. Heart rate is 45, so that's probably part of it.
