Thursday - day off today, lunch with a friend. Probably a fairly high calorie/low steps day. But I will do my best! I'm not losing a lot of weight, but I feel that I am losing inches.I don't measure, I probably should, but it would just be one more thing to obsess about. Not too worried. Yesterday I walked 9,583 steps, burning 2,195 calories, and took in 1,348 calories. I went up 5 floors, and walked 6.41 kms.
Dinner last night was fish. In my head I think I hate fish, but every time I eat it I really enjoy it, and think I should have fish more often! Then I don't. I would never order it in a restaurant, unless it was salmon. I am weird.
