Today was a non-work day, and since I had a sore throat, sore feet and a sore ankle, I decided to take it easy. I had 2.005 steps, burning 1,626 calories, and eating 1,442 calories. I find it's hard not to eat more when I'm at home, but I'm still under the "allowed" 1700 calories, and under the calories I burned, so I call it a good day.

PHOTO: This was my lunch today. I have discovered Philadelphia whipped cream cheese (more air, less calories!), Tzatziki flavoured, which I had on toast (no butter) with cucumber slices on top, with my Low-cal veggie soup with a bit of added chicken broth. And a cup of Mandarin oranges. 411 calories.
