Worked last night, it was very busy! Logged in 10,859 steps, 3 flights of stairs, 7.26 kms, burning 2,252 calories. I ate 1,337 calories. I'm working again tonight, same hours, same job, so hopefully around the same steps. Today is Vietnamese food day, every Saturday I go out with my Mom to a Vietnamese restaurant and have a bowl of Pho, then I have something like curry take out for dinner at work.
